Vanilla and Kumquat Caipiroska recipe

Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager Andrew Lennie shares the recipe for this week’s cocktail, the Vanilla and Kumquat Caipiroska.
You’ll need a Boston shaker, muddler and a rocks glass.
50ml vanilla vodka
20ml vanilla sugar syrup
20ml lime juice
2 fresh kumquats, diced
- Add the vanilla vodka, vanilla syrup and lime juice to a Boston shaker and muddle the fruit
- Top with ice and shake
- Add a few cubes of ice to the rocks glass
- Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass and garnish with a kumquat
