Bartender Cameron Matthews shares the recipe for one of our brand new cocktails, the Quinta Boulevardier. Our signature twist on the recipe involves using Glenkinchie whisky which we’ve port-finished in-house.
You’ll need a Japanese mixing glass, a bar spoon, a Hawthorn strainer and a rocks glass.
25ml port-aged Glenkinchie whisky
20ml Antica Formula sweet vermouth
5-10ml marmalade syrup
Garnish: orange twist
– Add all of the ingredients to a Japanese mixing glass with cubed ice and stir
– Strain into a rocks glass filled with a rock of ice
– Squeeze the orange twist over the glass to release the oils and add to the drink
