Blackberry and Rosemary Fizz recipe
This month’s cocktail is our special for Edinburgh cocktail weekend, the Blackberry and Rosemary Fizz.
You’ll need a Boston shaker, Hawthorn strainer, fine strainer, muddler and a rocks glass.
37.5ml Bombay Sapphire
12.5ml Dom Benedictine
15ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Garnish: rosemary sprig, dehydrated lemon wheel
– Muddle blackberries
– Shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with cubed ice
– Top soda water and cap with crushed ice
– Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a dehydrated lemon wheel
