Valentine’s Day cocktail recipe
Looking to impress this Valentine’s Day? Then serve up our special cocktail at home. We’ve put our own spin on the classic French 75 by adding Chambord raspberry liqueur, which makes it a perfect match for our Valentine’s afternoon tea, which runs from 14-19 February.
25ml Tanqueray gin
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
– Add the first four ingredients to a Boston shaker, then shake.
– Double strain (we use a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh sieve)
– Top with Prosecco
– Garnish with a fresh raspberry
