On 14 February we’ll be serving a up a special treat for Valentine’s Day: Pastry Chef Scott McLean’s chocolate sharing dessert.
Scott’s was initially inspired by the start of the rhubarb season, but with spring just around the corner, there’s a hint of honeycomb and bee pollen too. And of course, chocolate plays a starring role – it is Valentine’s after all…
