On Thursday 25 January we’ll be serving a four-course Burns supper with a menu full of seasonal, Scottish ingredients. The evening will kick off with a wee dram to the sound of bagpipes, followed by a recital of Burns poems and songs, plus the traditional address to the haggis.

Smoke haggis, pureed neeps, crispy potato
Braised beef cheek, skirlie cake, spinach glazed root vegetables, horseradish
